The agreement I find toughest is "Expect/Accept Non-Disclosure". We all want to get to a solution and "fix" the problem but this journey does not allow closure.

The condition I find most challenging is the "Examine the Presence and Role of Whiteness" since it is tough to discuss this subject with caucasion people without making them feel uncomfortable. We have to get to an environment where this discussed and folks do not immediately go on the defensive. Thank you
